It's wonderful to live a life that is resilient, optimistic, and happy, and it's also good for your health. Happiness actually shields you from life's stresses. Heart disease, cancer, and stroke are among the leading causes of death linked to stress.


"The only thing in life that will always remain the same is change" is one of the greatest sayings ever, and in our lives, we have the power to make the necessary adjustments if we so choose. Regardless of whether we end up in an excruciating circumstance, we can continuously find comfort in the information that it also would change.


Happiness is dependent on relationships or social networks. Accept people for who or what they are, keep conflicts to a minimum, and let go of all kinds of resentments. People are different. Even if disagreements seem inevitable, try to understand the situation and you might just get along with each other. Happiness can be found in everyone, and increasing it is one way to make one's life better and healthier.
